    Default super matte Laminating for business cards

    what kind of laminator I can buy to do super matte laminating for business cards and then apply spot uv , what kind of laminator rolls???

    we use Syrian made manually fed laminating machine. cost less than 10000 $
    then we apply the Spot UV later on
