polar 92 EMC/EM MONITOR problem

HI,
Anyone can help me on polar 92 EMC MONITOR problem?
When I suitch it on every thing is ok but when the command buttons for cut
are pressed the knife dosn't go down to cut and it displays on the screen the following
message:TIME OUT ERROR KNIFE
What is the meaning of this message?and how to remove it?

dose clamp go down during pressing kinfe buttons ,if its check the safty bolt solinoed
for any mechinecal stafness.
