any experience with the DB-280 for print-on-demand low to medium volume booklet perfect binding or pad binding? seems equivalent to the sterling digibinder, with the bonus of not having to drop in 220 power.

This basic model has been made by a few different companies. Duplo has been selling theirs for at least 10 years. It is a good reliable basic model.
