    Angry cut problem polar 76 SDP

    we have problem cut with our polar 76 SDP. When we make two cut without changing size, we have small difference between the two ream.

    Also when we make first cut at 42cm and then make second cut at21cm. we have difference between ream.

    any one can help me?

    we produce label and we need to have exactly the same size for all label. but when we put twoo pack of cutted label together, we have small difference in size.
    my knife is and clamp pressure is in max. but there is alwas some difference in the cut.
    any suggestion please?

    You need to have the cutter re calibrated by a trained service man (or woman). There is a specific service procedure for this problem. It is worth the expense. Good luck.

    i had called heidelberg service for help, i'm waiting for there coming. but it's good to know exacly problem with my cutter to have another idea.

    Why is you clamping pressure at maximum? Surely not necessary on a Polar...

    when i reduce clamping pressure, when i make cut, ream cutter is not the same size from the top and from the rear. i have like this form ( on my cutted ream paper.
