convert a KORD to die cut machine

I saw the Heidelberg Kord used as a die cut machine. I have one sitting idle and thinking about covert it to die cut machine. How is it done? Is it expensive to do?

I would be willing to bet that you saw a letterpress version of the KORD more likely a SBG model with is a letterpress version of the same style. . . . don't see how you could convert a KORD to a die cutter . . .. somebody makes jackets that go on the plate cylinder that would die cut ... don't know how good those work . .. . as we havea SBG
