corrugated box
does anyone ever have a problem shipping jobs using fedex, ups, dhl etc.... like box would break or tear. we have to actually tape the box everywhere. does reinforce tape help or a different type of box? we use just the one layer box.
Thanks,

A sturdier box may be needed if you are having problems. We ship a couple of million packages a year, mostly via UPS or FedEx with very few problems. Reinforced tape helps on some packages. Tape all seams as needed. Heavier boxes, very light boxes, and flat boxes are more prone to damage during transit.
Proper interior void fill is a big factor also. Paper or air bags both work well and are cost effective fillers.
