    Default Calander Varnish

    I coat calandering varnish using an offline coater on 270gm duplex but on the chrome drum it would drop off midway. My chrome drum is 20ft length long. But when I hot chrome it on 400gm it will drop off till the end. I am using the same varnish. The best part is when I coat it the 2nd time it will drop off till the end. Why is it like this?
