Perfect binder

Hello

How to properly adjust hotmelt two side gluing unit wheels, when wheels and the knife is worn out. Until new parts arrive, do I just let the knives and wheels contact eachother and make at leastsomekind glue line appeare on both sides?
Is there a somekind guide on adjusting wheel and knife distance?

It might be helpful to supply more information about the type of perfect binder you are trying to adjust. Each brand / model / year is different and adjusts differently.

Oh sorry for that, it´s a wohlenberg city 4000, I must check the year but I think something between 2002-2003

Maybe someone knows how it is done on Müller Martini´s machines?
