We at Count Machinery Company have sent out a letter and email to all of our M121 owners on file concerning the discontinuing of parts and service on the machine effective 5/31/11.

If for some reason you did not receive this information please feel free to contact us to go over your options. After 5/31/11 we will not be able to guarantee parts availability and will not be servicing the M121. Our Count M121 has been in service since 1988 and due to the difficulty of finding components for its parts we will be retiring the machine.
