Rosback 850 perfect binder question

I own a Rosback 850 perfect binder that I use in a small one man business. I contacted the Rosback company about the availably of parts for my perfect binder. They told me the Italian company that made the Rosback 850 went out of business and that parts were no longer available.

Does anyone here know of a parts source for the Rosback 850? Did another company buy-out the Italian company? Perhaps another company bought their spare parts.
