Thermal Lamination Machine

Hi everybody
We are looking to buy a thermal lamination machine which can laminate maximim size 70 x 100 cm and can do lamination of minimum 150 gsm paper. We do not want to buy any China made product and prefer buying a European made, We already have a China made cold glue lamination machine and facing hell lot of problems. Can any expert suggest the best Thermal lamination machine with economical price and after sale service support. Our company is located in Bahrain.

What volume will you be laminating with the machine (sheets per month/week) ? Also, what is the thickest film that you will be laminating with it? I'm sure we have a few options for you.

We use a machine made in Japan, it's a FUJIPLA ALM 3220.

It's fully automatic and we use it all the time (1000-2000 sheets per day) we use paper from 90gsm all the way to 300 gsm and film that's 1.5 mil to 5 mil both glossy and matte.

We will be laminating around 150,000 to 200,000 sheets every month, but it is not evenly distributed through out the month. Some times we may have to do lamination of 15,000 to 20,000 sheets in a day. The thickest material is 400gsm art card and presently we are using 12 micron film for Gloss and 15 micron film matt lamination
