Cutter for Cards & Invitations

I'm not sure if I'm in the correct place to ask this.
I've been looking for a paper cutter for my invitations, I usually print in 8x11.5 sheets (2 cards per sheet) and I'm looking for a affordable paper cutter that will help me cut my cards.

I actually have a Industrial 17" Heavy duty Guillotine, but It's hard to work with this because most of the time, the sheets move of the place when cutting and they will and up being all distorted.
I'm looking for machine that will help me cut my cards.
I will usually print from 25-100 sheets at a time.

Any suggestion of what machine will work for me?

That problem with the sheets skewing under the blade of your guillotine sounds like a dull blade.
