13 x 18 die cutter

I am looking for advice on a suitable machine to do die cutting of a 13x18 sheet.

I am looking to die cut short run jobs and it is not feasible for me to subcontract it out so I want to bring it in house. I do not have much die cutting experience...about 15 years ago ran a Heidelberg Windmill for basic creasing etc.

The machine would be setup to run one job pretty much so very little change over.

The stock I am looking to feed may go up to 24pt so I need a machine that can handle this.

Any thoughts?
