    Default Acrobat Preflight Droplet fails on Intel Mac

    I had a problem with my intel mac laptop running Acrobat Preflight droplets.

    They work now, but I forget what we did do make it work. An Adobe person found me a link or update to perform.

    I have a client that needs the same fix.

    If you are running Acrobat 7, be sure to update to 7.1.3. The latest version has a patch that fixes this issue.

    There was an update for Acrobat 8 - it wasn't writing the droplets correctly to work with Intel Macs. You'll have to recreate the droplets after you update Acrobat.
