    Default automated pdfs

    Looking for a automated system to make pdfs out of quark 7 and to upload to ftp site. Whats out there?

    Enfocus SWITCH can automate it. Depending on what you need to do with the PDF exporting Axaio MadeToPrint Auto XT may be advantageous as part of SWITCH.

    Switch will do this. If you need more processing done (trap rip etc...) you might want to take a look at eskoartworks Odystar also. Same company.

    Or if your requirements are really as simple as making PDFs and uploading them to an FTP site, it can be done in AppleScript.

    Hey all you could also be look at Dalim's Twist Express if your after something very server based......

    Or on the low end Enfocus Instant PDF

    use any pdf printer (say acrobat) and set output to ftp folder
    - I thnk there is probably more issues behind the question.

    Check out PDF Server from Global Graphics (Harlequin):

    gDoc PDF Server

    This software can automatically create PDFs from a variety of users and upload them to an FTP site depending on location, printer, etc.

    Seems like a simple AppleScript would work. And that's free.
