Looking for Latran ink sheets

Hi, one of my 2 proofing systems is a Latran Prediction 22x30. Latran went out of business on July 9 and my reseller here in Canada, barelly hold any stock. So now I'm stuck! Seriously, if any of you guys know a reseller who actually still has stocks of ink sheets or someone out there gave up on that costy proofing system but still has ink sheets left-overs, please let me know or PM me. Thanks!

We are in the same situation as Colorblind except that our reseller is completely out of stock. We historically ran close to the vest in terms of supplies for this device and, as a consequence, we are in the single digits of remaining sheets. I'm hoping that someone will step forward with unused inventory.

I have some loss sheets (not complete pack of 50/25) of Latran inksheets for quick sales, USD 10.00 for CMYK and other spot colours USD 20.00. These material used to use for demo purpose and we would like to clear it for new stock of Latran inksheets to come in.

To all Latran User,

With intensive test, we have successful imaged Latran ink sheets on to Kodak Approval Pre laminate sheets. Result exceeding current ERM performance, more clear on non image area against metalized substrate, higher density (max) at 2.6 with Black. For challenging substrate, you may use Approval Pre coat sheets. Finishing effect is more close to semi gloss.

You may buy material from your local Kodak Dealer or order from us, if you are ordering inks sheets with us, as we are carrying Approval products now.

Dear Latran users,

We been advised by our supplier that they will be conducting quarterly order fulfillment campaigns for Latran Prediction(R) inksheets. The next processing window will be in the middle of December.

We will need to have orders in hand by December 1st. The next order fulfillment opportunity will be in March, 2010. We'd like to encourage you to reserve with your requirements in December for the first part of next year.

In order to facilitate you to make such stock reserve, we can grant 30% deposit and the balance before delivery or when you need them.

K for Eurocolor and GRACol are out of stock, but High Black density can be reduced to match with other print standards.

M for Pub may need a longer lead time, due to sheeting process.

As for ERM, you may use "Kodak Prelaminate" material as substitution, size 545.5x 698.5mm, 150 sheets, USD 375.00 per box. For Tin or very challenging material, you need to have a transparent primer, "Kodak Precoat", size 550 x 702mm, 50 sheets, US 130.00 per box. If you want to have a matte finish, you need "Kodak degloss", 556 x 709mm, 50 sheets, US 218.00 per box, As told by Kodak, the degloss sheets are reuseable. We can offer to you togther with your Prediction(R) inksheets order or you may buy them from local Kodak dealer.

Setting of finisher, please set to lowest possible. Power of laser need to reduce at least 10 units from current setting and focus will need to increase at least to 310. Specific data and test result can be provided upon request.

As for Finish coat, we can offer you a reusable roll, no coating function, so that you can reuse it without deformation, the UDL film has the following specification.

Price for sample roll 610mm wide, 25 micron thickness and 50 m roll, USD 750.00, plus shipping.
Price for full roll 610mm wide, 25 micron thickness and 150 m roll, USD 1650.00 plus shipping, lead-time, 3-4 weeks.
