We've purchased eMagStudio because it gave the solution of being able to build a link (in an email) to a particular page. It's a one-time purchase and can make as many flipbooks as we want. It is working well for us!
Are you using the quickmag version? Are ebooks available as well?
We're using the full eMagStudio version. It does make an iPhone, iPad version of the flip book. But this is not an eBook.
I recommend page turning ebook software. I used it for creating fashion magazine, it works well.
