    Post help!! dolev 800v big problem

    hi everyone, i'm work at prepress company in surabaya-indonesia.
    I have big problem with creo 800v. Almost my printing result show banding about 1 cm, or i could say some part of the image is missing. And every time i print, the banding spot is always moving from one spot to another.
    Please, is anyone had same case with me? what the real problem is, the software or hardware?
