Dolev 4 film loading problem

Hi

I have a problem on my Dolev. The film loads into the drum then instead of the cut and advance through the processor it promptly empties the drum and the start up fails. I can send the film through the imagesetter and the processor using the commands in the service utilities window, but when I exit the service utilities and the machine goes through the start process the drum then empties. If anybody has any idea what the problem is or has any advice I would be grateful. Thanks
