What is the Best CTP Brand, for Offset Printer

There isn't one at all... there are many brands, and they all have positive and negative aspects.
What should be the better one for me, could be worse than hell for you due to many aspects (costs, customer service, options, etc.).
It all depends on what you need.

Find a print shop in your area using CTP and find what they are using. Ask about those issues of cost, customer service, etc. Then, go to the next shop and repeat. What is going on locally using gives you a good idea of customer service and shipping cost. As far as quality on press, that is just research and testing.
