    Default Soft proofing forms

Way back when, when all proofs from a printer were some sort of real proof, there were forms or tags for the customer to fill out. With many proofs now being PDF files emailed to customers how many are using some sort of form as part of the email? If you are what are you using for a form?

We include a digital copy of our normal proof approval form, but also accept an email ok.

Another option is using a web-based proof and approval system like EskoArtwork's WebCenter. With WebCenter approvers can view and annotate documents online, and approve using a password protected and secure format. Customized 'forms' or attributes can be attached to documents with values to be filled in by the approvers if necessary. Here's a link to the product page --> WebCenter: Watch movies.
