Click charge question

Hi All

Have a question about click charge we are an inhouse print shop with NO charge Back system and we are getting a new software ordering program and it ask us for click charges on our presses but here is the thing we work off a stright budget every year so we have no overhead to worrie about " moneys coming out of our budget for things like Lights, gas, rent, so how do we come up with a click charge for our 4 color Ryobi, and our 3 multis. 2 1250 and a 4620. the program will add the cost for plates, paper,ink, so is it just Labor? if so how do you do the math
