Am i going mad!

Just wondered if anyone else gets this a lot.

Have problem with a machine, and the engineers line is 'I've never seen it do that before, or the classic salesman line ' you're the first one this has ever happened to'.

Just a bit of a general moan, wondered if anybody else get these, or perhaps some other statements from engineers and sales?

Perhaps we could stick em all together an print a book, assuming the kit was working at the time :-)

I used to have an engineer who used to mend our step and repeat machine (kids wont know what that is ) he always used to say "Well it was ok when I left it last time".

Years back had a lotem 400...... heard that quite a bit....
In the end I said I wasn't going to pay for the engineers training on my time....
