    Default how to remove a text in baked thermal plate

    Is there is any solution or way to remove a text in thermal baked plate....

    Ask plate suppliers for a cleaning fluid. I have seen deletion fluids used for unbaked plates removing coating from baked plates, although much more difficult. Other than that sandpaper or plate re-run.

    You can try acetone. Be VERY carfull where you apply it. First test somwhere if it would work first.

    Use a little gum wipe to the area then use a honer gently. Once the image is gone use a deletion pen on the area honed and gum it . We use to do that all the time.

    I don't know any chemical cleaner. Only scratching the plate you can remove backed emulsion....
    But, if you scratch the plate you can damage the grained layer.

    Take small amount of thermal Plate developer add same amount of PS positive working plate image remover mix them properly and apply using cotton to delete.
    It works....
