    Default HP Broadens Presence in Wide-format Printing with Acquisition of MacDermid

    PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 13, 2007 – HP today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire MacDermid ( Web Site Related Articles Google) ColorSpan Inc., a manufacturer of wide-format digital inkjet printers, from MacDermid Printing Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of privately held MacDermid Incorporated, which is based in Denver.
