Peace All! What solutions have individuals used to address Long File Names...
I don't use it personally (wish I could get them to pony up for it) but I believe a lot of people use ExtremeZ-ip http://www.grouplogic.com/products/extreme/overview.cfm
Hi Cory! Thanks! Actually, I've been in touch with them but I was wondering if anyone uses Xserves as Job Servers for RAMpage?
Extreme Zip is the only way to go! It works very well.
Xserver works great for us. You will have to purchase a customized version of PC McLan from RamPage for each box to allow them to see the server.
I also use OS X Server with Rampage. It was working great for the last 5 years. I am switching soon from Panther Server to Leopard Server.
We are using Xtreme ZIP and are very happy with it. Been with it for about 3 years now. Easy fix for us. Aimee
