2K varnish

Hello everybody,

I am new in the flexography filed and I am working for my company since 4 months.
our customer need to run 2K varnish (dilution 100% ethyle acetate) for all his jobs. for this reason, I did some trials to check out this varnish. unfortunaltely I get some issues with it:
Anilox plugging & plate damaged (we use photopolymer plates)
(moreover, to run a job with this varnish It's not possible to exceed a speed of 200 mpm)

can any one help?
