    So true...
Better train people and risk they leave - than do nothing and risk they stay.

Ouch! A little too close to reality. Have you visited our shop?

Yeah, hits a little close to home, doesn't it? Ouch!

Hey, fiatlux, are you really Alton Brown disguised as a printer?

Being the boss and working up from the inside, I have a little different perspective. If someone wants to sell something or we are to implement a process or procedure. It MUST make life easier on my people. Simple rule, making life easier, usually results in good productivity, no one enjoys fighting a machine. Being a pressman taught me that. Sent many salespeople out the door over that concept. Tweek This!! My guys should be able to throw it on and run it.

Perhaps Alton Brown is a printer disguised as a personality?

There's something very wrong with that sentence LOL

So, no, I am not Alton Brown nor Thomas Dolby or even Moby no matter how hard they try to look like me.

Well, good, now that that's cleared up, I can go back to work. But some strange part of me feels like cooking a fried turkey...
