    Default Cannot delete job bag

    I have two job bags that I cannot delete. Each time I try to remove the job bags I encounter the following error detail:
    ERR_COMMGR_FAILEDTO_SETJOBPRIORITY_SH_LOCK

    The file is not under any processing or editing which would prevent deletion.

    Has anyone encountered this problem and been able to fix it? I'm using Trueflow 3 v4

    Greg, try selecting the ticket, right-click, go to Maintenance and select "LockRelease"

    Thanks Jim, I don't have that option when I right-click the ticket, but it put me on the right track to fixing the problem. It appears someone had tried to launch Trap Editor - a feature we don't use - which locks the file until the "Release editing" button is turned off under Registered file or Page list, then the job can be deleted.

    I was actually on my way to post a similar question.
    Periodically, I'll have jobs lock to a point where the LockRelease even fails...

    Anyone else experience this?
