    Hi there!
    I need support for Screen platesetters (4100). I have problems with the LD calibration. If I do it from service menu it's done and everything is fine. But if machine self run autocalibration each 24 plates, it shows error like 4 LD with ended life. After this we unplug and plug LD sensor and Iopd-Iop values appear different between before unplug sensor connector and after plug sensor connector.

    ok carosp. there maybe more to it than just that. by unpluging and pluging the calibrator you are not doing anything. if you can email me at techray1@live .com I can assist you
