Setting up exposure on Screen CTP

Can anyone tell me how to lock in some exposure values I have ? So I can test a new plate on a Screen 4300.....

I am using Trueflow Client 5.01, My Mac: Version 10.6.4 2x2.26 Ghz Quad-Core Intel Xeon.
Today Me updated my Mac... Now on my Trueflow Client Job option menu is there.. but i cant see job option's Rest menu's are working properly.... Why job option disappeared... Any Idea?

...Changing the exposure values is usually a task for a trained service engineer, because many things can go wrong. In case of PT-R4300, "exposure value" is a combination of laser power & rotation speed of the drum. To change these values to create a new media set you need a service password. I advise to call your sales rep or SCREEN.
