Processing problems
I am using a screen plate rite 4300S and the online processor is a Mizar TH 85. I share the same processor to process my A1 plates. the below problem is worse looking on the A1 plates than on the smaller ones.
1st problem
The plate get white splashes all over them. It has not effected a print run as the dots are visible. I would like to get rid of the problem because it is unsightly and we are a repro house.
2nd problem
The gumming seems to also splatter and it is not covering the plates evenly. It looks like roller marks and squashing marks, the gum we use is AGFA. I have cleaned the rollers and the machine gets serviced every month. This problem is effecting the print - going blind.
When we added the A1, 3 months ago, we never had this problem until recently.
