Katana FT-R 5055 Machine Error 15

Hello. Does any one know the cause of machine error 15 on the katana 5055. I was working normally and finished the film roll without problem but then with the new roll inside came the error.Does any one know the cause of machine error 15. The film is not exposed to the laser ray. Thank you

Machine Error 15
-Error has occured at the beginning of exposure (The line start pulse signal has not been detected)

Please check the laser transport maybe there's a piece of film or a dirt. If you can make a test exposure in the service mode you can see the laser beam but be carefull with your eyes. Another is the polygom mirror has a black dust, if you want to clean it please do not use any chemical, use a cotton buds and do not lean to much.
