FT-R 3050 Initialising error/message

Can anyone help with this problem.
My imagesetter comes up at start up with the following on screen
(-_-), then (o-o), then (Q-Q), then (^_^), then (^O^).
I am in SE Australia

It means the initialization process is not complete.
When power up the cont board will check the mechanical parts. may be there's a blown fuse or stuck up mechanism. These happen in FT-R series...

Thanks so much for your assistance, problem was a blown fuse at F3 on the board.
