    Question Looking for advice

Boss dumped the Hamada B452A operator and asked if I want the opportunity to learn the press. I currently work on a Ryobi 3304H and have been tossed over to get experience with the ex-operator a couple of times (probably a total of 20 hours of training), and she didn't want to teach. Well, she was self tought. Plus, when I took over the 04, the thing was a total mess and I had to fight it, as well as, make-ready was never less than 500 sheets. Had the tech come in, reset everything to zero and went from there; now make-ready takes 50 to 250 sheets depending on the job.

Boss is bringing in the tech for the Hamada to reset it to zero. Any hints I can get about the feed table (has to bend the corners of the sheet [any weight] to get to feed; is this normal?), or any other operation function on the board, or even thoughts about clean-up.

    Please and thank you!!!
