We are getting the error code S-EAK 13 F7FF does anyone know what it means?

david - codes translate to "lower loop lead test terminated", communication fault... turn off press, unplug and plug back in all boards (no need to fully remove) to reestablish cnnections. If this fails to remedy the problem, switch the postition of the third board from the right for any others and see if the error moves with the board placement. Board positons are, from right to left, feeder - delivery - console - cabinet - printing units 1 through however many printing units you have. Good Luck, Steve

The board has been replaced with a EAM Board at the console. We do not have a EAK 13 anymore. What makes the press look for that board? Could it be coming from a ground fault error?
