Default spot dull varnish and overall gloss coating issues

When we spot dull varnish and overall gloss aqueous coat in line, we always have to clean dull varnish and coating blankets because of the dull varnish building up on blankets and picking. does anyone have a combination of dull varnish and coating that wont pick. I have tried different coatings and dull varnish and have same results.

Our pressmen use "strike through coating" for this.

Talk to your blanket manufacture, Squeeze/Release is a big factor with Strike Through and other gloss /dull combo's

How many impressions can you get before you need to wash the blankets? Dull varnish is notorious for leaving build up on the blanket.Try reducing the varnish and see how you make out.
