Alcolour dampening gear meshing trouble

i have a Hashimoto Impulse F 522 machine. I am getting trouble while setting alcolour dampening roller setting.
I will let you know about dampening roller setting trouble
- Initially if i start Pan roller it shows it's working well
- Then i let vibrating or rider roller to contact pan roller
- When vibrating roller contacts dampening form roller at this point i see that pan roller gears are not engaging well with vibrating roller gear which starts some noise from gears
- Then if i let dampening form rollers to touch plate then suddenly gear of pan roller starts disengagement with vibrating roller gear with a loud noise (gears not meshing) of gears & sees pan roller bouncing
- This problem is occurring on both the units
Till now i have tried the roller pressure setting with strip many times, i have dismantled and arranged rollers as per manual but failed to solve.
Am i missing something?
Is it a problem of pneumatic pressure ? or else?
I will really appreciate your valuable suggestions.

are you sure you havewater in the pan
