Where to educate?

Hi Everyone. I have a very simple question: Where to educate?
I am a more or less successful self learner and wish to sharpen my skills as the industry posing a great interest to me despite the fact that many say "get out and run"
I went from "0" to run ABD 360, thermography, Ryobi 3200 PFA, AB Dick Century 3500s, got to be OK with Adobe Photoshop, Ia on top of being e really good Business Equipment engineer (Copier, printers, fax). We call Press repair man may-be once or twice a year as I am fixing most of the problem myself. I understand that machines I own/owned/worked on are considered to be duplicators and they become way to simple and I want to learn "complicated" ones.
Any info about educational institutions with dedicated programs withing reasonable distance from NY would be greatly appreciated.
