2004 PPC Server

Hey guys,

We run a Mitsubishi diamond 23 web press with a windows 2000 PPC server link to our pre-press for press presets. We have just replaced a corrupt hard drive so are starting with no job memory in the PPC program.

My problem is that when the printers load the job and select what paper and folder config they want it doesn't transfer across into the press presets?

Does any one have a user manual or know how to get hold of a user manual for these types of programs?
