Printing on Bubble Envelop

We have requirements to print on Bubble envelopes. What is the normal practice to print on these envelopes?
Do we use screen printing method or if offset, how can we do the same?

Just a guess, but print flat then convert? Jobs like this I usually farm out to a converter keeps my cost low and keeps them in business. If you would like info on my converter pm me.

We use a letterpress to print items such as those. We have a 1923 and a 1952 heidelbergs used mostly for printing evidence bags for nearby municipals.
