Jet Press Rebuild - who to buy from and why

Looking to a buy a rebuilt Jet Press.

Would buying a Jet Press - Rebuilt from Halm be better than another rebuilder?

- How do you research and trust that the parts used from a rebuilder will be of the same if not better quality than Halm?

- Is Halm really the way to go?

I do not know the name of the company but the independent company I have heard good things about are up in Chicago. They are not the cheapest but that is not always a bad thing....
