KVM for PrinergyEVO and X-Serve?

So, the EVO Rack-mount box is ordered... It's going to live just below an X-Serve in a Rack w/ an APCC RMT3000 UPS.... Anyone care to recommend a KVM to use? Just a cheap 15" VGA monitor, my concern is the Mac's USB, and I don't know how the EVO box is going to talk to it (USB or Serial?).
Any heads-ups on the UPS? I see in the spec's they recommend the Serial port expansion card for the UPS (but I think mine's USB?).
