KM 1050 and DesignMerge ID

Working with a Konica Minolta 1050 with PS and DesignMerge InDesign 3.07 for Mac. Using the print plug-in driver.

Trying to run a job on 11.5x17.5 media out of tray 5 but when sending out from DesignMerge, the machine always asks for Letter size.

Also, I tried printing to file as postscript and dumping the file in a folder watched by KM's Direct Print application (hot folders). In this case, the first page is printed out correctly and the subsequent ones ask for Letter.

When I convert the file to PDF from the generated PS, the file will print perfectly, either from the driver or the Direct Print app but a PDF workflow is not a viable option since the client will run up to 20,000+ record jobs.

The machine itself is not at the latest ROM version and have scheduled service to update it.
