Software for numbering and barcodes

I need some help, looking for some software to produce numbering and barcodes for in excess of 1.5 million records.

You may have to break the file down but send that info to Printable Technologies, maybe Fusion Pro could do it. I use it for jobs in the 10's of thousands range, i think 40,000 was the largest job I processed through it.
