Combining family names into one record

Here's the problem.
I have a data file with all family members at an address listed as individual records.
I wan to produce one piece of printed material per household and therfore need the records at the same address to be combined into one record for the "family"
Any ideas appreciated

You could run a query in Access/SQL/Excel to find duplicate records and combine the names into the same record.

Are you wanting two records of Jane Smith and John Smith at the same address merged into Jane and John Smith? This is called "House Holding"

Or are you wanting one record per address and which ever record is first or last is the name addressed to? (Address DeDupe)
