Printer for Images and clear transparrent film

Hey,

i am looking for a printer either a two one if it exists or two diffrent printers wjat i am looking to do is

1) Print out photos on a very durable high quality paper that would be able to adhere to objects

2)Print images and text on a clear proplen film that would be able to adhere to objects
