Need to buy server for efi Digital Storefront.

Hello,
I have been put on the task of purchasing a server for our new DSF.
I have the specs given to me by efi, but I was hoping that maybe someone could give me the bottom line of what I need to run.
I'm a bit scared to make any more purchases for this whole system: epace, DSF. etc. We are about to go live with our MIS then to follow with the DSF, but we have been nickeled and dimed to death (x1000s) by efi that I am a bit gun shy now.
If anyone has had to make a similar purchase I would appreciate any help.
