I would suggest you go about advertising your new venture in a 5 step process. Design a logo. Use it on all of your printed advertisement in the newspapers, internet site, direct mail. and brochures and business cards. You obviously can't copy "Uprinting.com" exactly but you can use the same elements they implement on their site. But it is theirs. Go to scriptlance.com and hire a programmer to set a site up. Language should not be an issue with the new google translator.
