HP Designjet Z2100 24" Photo Printer

HI, im about to open my onwe print shop here in LA,
and i just have a question :

Does any one know, if i can use at least 2 rolls of papers ( sizes 24" X 100f ) per 8 inks, if the picture is the same ? ( size of the pic. is 24x36 )
Cuz im about to buy my printers, n because of the reviews that i have being seeing
i was thinking on get one of the size 24, and the second of the size 44,

im basicaly being using for Photos and Stikers...

i would like to have some more information, or even some Tips,
if some one can help me out with that, i appreciate it....
And also,
is that ok to use an (HP 70 series cartridges) REFILL KIT or i should use only the HP OEM ( original )

Please i nee d as much as information about this printer !
